The USRA membership consists of persons who shoot
in handgun competition, persons just interested in the
shooting sports, and who support the oldest handgun
organization operating continuously since 1900.

Membership dues are late after December 1.

New applications received before October 1
of a given year will be considered a member
for that year. New applications received on/or
after October 1 will be considered a member
starting the following calendar year.
